Lignin Sulfonate Dust Control Spray – Call for current Pricing

Minimum 500 gallons. For quantities less than 500 gallons, please call our office and we will provide an estimate based on your location and quantity. Average coverage is one gallon for every 20 square feet.

We use the premier lignin product available in the Northwest.

• Organic Certification, registered for use in Organic Agriculture.
• Computerized spray control, for the most precise and even application of the product.
• Lignin is a water soluble product, and when exposed to water such as rain will tend to reactivate and dilute its dust abatement qualities. If this happens a second application may be required.
• Our product is approved for use in proximity to water systems, however every jurisdiction is different. So if the area to be treated is near water we recommend consulting with your local jurisdiction prior to having our product applied.

*We do not use any Magnesium Chloride, or other such corrosive materials, either stand-alone, or as part of any dust control application.

We use a penetrating asphalt emulsion product available in the Northwest.

• Computerized spray control, for the most precise and even application of the product.
• Once cured the asphalt emulsion is not water soluble and will last longer, usually one application per season.
• Asphalt emulsion penetrates, therefore, it has more “binding strength” when used over smaller fractured rock such as 5/8” minus.
• When Asphalt dust control is used repetitively, it will build into a pavement-like surface
